Shipping

• Orders are sent via An Post Express. Ireland and Northern Ireland have next working day delivery (in some cases it can take 2 days), and Great Britain has 2-3 day delivery.

• Orders are shipped from Monday to Thursday.

• Most orders are shipped the day after purchase, but processing may take 2–3 working days during busy periods.

• Your order is only confirmed once you receive a dispatch notification.

• We are not responsible for postal delays outside our control or knowledge.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee live arrival or a replacement, refund, or store credit for all orders. However, we cannot guarantee live arrival if the parcel is returned to the sorting office due to unsuccessful delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. No live guarantee can be given for orders outside of Ireland (although all possible measures will be made to ensure safe delivery).

To claim the live arrival guarantee, you must provide:

• Your order number

• A clear photo and/or video of the deceased insect in or next to the original packaging

• Photos of the outside of the packaging box

If clear evidence cannot be provided, we cannot offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund.
