General Terms and Conditions regarding livestock

1. Sizes listed are approximate — legspan may be noted in the description.

2. We only guarantee sex when it’s stated in the listing.

3. Product photos are representative — you may not receive the exact animal shown.

4. Prices are per specimen unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice.

5. We can refuse an order, or delay dispatch, at our discretion — including postponing shipping in extreme heat or cold to protect the animals.

6. Payment is due in advance unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

7. We can’t be held responsible for injury, death, or illness that develops after delivery, though all livestock leaves us free of visible parasites or disease.

Terms and conditions regarding this site

1. Keep your account password private — we’re not liable for any misuse if it’s shared or compromised.

2. Content on this site may not be copied, reproduced, or reused commercially without our written permission.

3. We may restrict access to the site at any time, for maintenance or other reasons.

4. Your order is only confirmed once you receive a dispatch email from us — we’ll let you know as soon as possible if anything is out of stock.

5. You must be 18 or older to create an account; under-18s need a parent or guardian to order on their behalf.

6. By ordering with us, you accept these terms, which we may update at any time.

Returns Policy

Equipment and dry goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty — faulty items must be returned to us for inspection before a replacement or refund is issued, and we’ll cover return postage if the fault is confirmed.

If you’re unhappy with a livestock order, get in touch first so we can sort out a return or replacement. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Privacy

We won’t sell or share your details with third parties without your permission.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal — we never see or store your card details. See their websites for more information.
